Blue Lemon Cafe & wine bar

First try to write about delicious food and restaurant!
Went to Blue lemon cafe & wine bar in Tai Hang (Tin Hau station exit A1) for someone's birthday dinner. Despite of the unhappy incident before we went there( i did make the reservation but someone told me to cancel it then we went there once again.luckily it wasnt weekends or else, we will not be that lucky to have a seat immediately)
The whole atmosphere is a bit too dim, blue all around which, if you are there for cocktail,drinks and chat around after work with your colleagues, it will be such a pleasure for a cool night out. Yet,i do like sitting beside the large window beside the street in a quiet corner, watching people walking around out there. With the oysters and wine, everything will be perfectly relaxing!
When we settled, the waiter kindly introduce their chef recommendation and the oyster set. We have ordered 12 oysters,angus prime rib eye steak香煎美國安格斯肉眼扒,香煎鵝肝伴藍莓意大利飯.

The oysters are fresh and the chef didnt flush it before he served it so the sea water could be kept in the oyster and we can taste the original flavour of the oyster. Yet, they seems like a bit too thin ..the second order's oysters are even thinner than our first round.not much satisfied with the quality.

The fried angus prime rib eye steak is far more delicious with its sour and salty sauce and the seasoning.quite juicy indeed. Just the same problem, too thin for each piece since that we expect to have a thicker one as it doesnt go with spaghetti or angel hair.












The blueberry rice is ok for me as the goose liver is juicy enough and goes well with the rice.yet, my fd isnt too favour of sweet rice, haha!

Overall the service and the environment is good, food is quite delicate but just a bit too little:)

好,之前已經打了一大段的中文版只是不小心忘了save所以...

話不多說,
這間位於大坑(近天后)的西式餐廳是打算和朋友慶祝生日而選的.因為能試試不同地方的蠔...

因為一些事情,令我取消了booking,但後來又照舊去了,幸而是星期二,如果不是的話應該要等上很久.
剛去到已有幾位老外在外面的企台吹水,各人手中一杯cocktail的感覺就是,有老外同事的工作方式真的不同吧....他們happy hour得很寫意呢!

餐廳內的氣氛就是一片藍調,播放的音樂如果是jazz而不是lady gaga會更好吧.....
有點昏暗的感覺但配上桌上的燭光就很happy hour了.
如果能夠坐在角落窗邊的位置的話能看著街上行人,和幾位知己下班後輕食,飲一杯的話,感覺會更寫意的.

入正題,我們order了半打蠔,美國的,非洲,"南美的"(我忘了sorry)
味道很鮮,不錯的是還保留著其中的海水,唯一不好的是除了美國的那兩隻外都太瘦了!!!
再叫一round的更瘦......=[

點了香煎美國安格斯肉眼扒,也是太瘦了....很薄的扒,但上面的香料很不錯,很夠味,肉汁也很香甜(現在想起來還很想吃)
main course: 香煎鵝肝伴藍莓意大利飯.
鵝肝很香,汁很香,我個人是覺得藍莓飯很好吃,一點點酸加上甜甜的藍莓味(很輕的)是很開胃的.
只是有人第一句就說,不喜歡甜的飯...

整體來說是很不錯的,如果你不是來填飽肚子的話.=P
